The invention discloses a tower crane internal rotation power supply sliding contact line installation structure which comprises a lower rotation part and an upper rotation part, a power supply mechanism comprises an annular sliding contact line, a connecting assembly for fixing the butt joint position of the annular sliding contact line and a multi-pole current collector matched with the annular sliding contact line, and the sliding contact line is provided with a lead terminal used for being connected with a cable. The lead terminal is electrically connected with electric equipment on the slewing tower body through a cable, the multi-pole current collector is electrically connected with a power source below the lower slewing tower body through a cable, a fixing support of the multi-pole current collector is fixed to the lower slewing tower body, a rotating disc is rotationally arranged in an inner ring of the lower slewing tower body, and a fixing assembly used for fixing an annular sliding contact line is arranged on the rotating disc. According to the invention, the annular sliding contact line structure is used as a power supply mechanism of the electric equipment on the slewing tower body, the mode that a cable is directly pulled to the electric equipment on the slewing tower body from the lower part of the lower slewing body is replaced, and the phenomenon that the cable is twisted due to continuous slewing of the tower body is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种塔机内部回转供电滑触线安装结构,包括下回转与上回转,供电机构包括环形滑触线、固定环形滑触线对接处的连接组件、以及与环形滑触线相适配的多极集电器,滑触线上设有用于与电缆相连的引线端子,引线端子通过电缆与回转塔身上的用电设备电性相连,多极集电器通过电缆与下回转下方的电源电性相连,多极集电器的固定支架固定于下回转上,下回转内圈内转动设有转盘,转盘上设有用于固定环形滑触线的固定组件,上回转上设有与转盘形成固定连接的连接组件,本发明通过使用环形滑触线结构作为回转塔身上用电设备的供电机构,替代直接从下回转下部牵引电缆至回转塔身用电设备上,避免塔身不断回转造成的电缆受扭现象。
