The invention provides remote automatic deslagging equipment suitable for a large-size foundation pit. Characterized in that; the main structure of the equipment comprises square steel framework stand columns, a steel plate barrel body, lifting lugs, a self-contained small generator and a hydraulic system, and the square steel framework stand columns are connected with the barrel wall of the steel plate barrel body through flanges so that storage and transportation can be facilitated. The problems that the deslagging efficiency of the large-size deep foundation pit is low, the investment of constructors is large, resources cannot be recycled, and the construction safety risk is high are mainly solved. And mechanical replacement is realized, and the construction cost and the safety risk are greatly reduced.

    本发明在此提供一种适用于大尺寸基坑远程自动化出渣设备;其特征在于;设备的主要结构包括方钢骨架立柱、钢板桶身、提升吊耳、自带小型发电机以及液压系统,其中方钢骨架立柱与钢板桶身的桶壁间均采用法兰连接,以便存储及运输。本发明主要解决大尺寸深基坑出渣效率低、施工人员投入多、资源无法重复利用以及施工安全风险高等问题;实现机械化替人,大大降低施工成本及安全风险。
