The invention relates to a lifting appliance, which is used for lifting a differential mechanism and comprises a lifting body, the multiple clamping pieces are circumferentially distributed on the hoisting body, each clamping piece can be controlled to stretch out or retract relative to the hoisting body, and when all the clamping pieces retract into the hoisting body, the hoisting body can stretch into an inner hole of the differential mechanism; and when all the clamping pieces extend out relative to the hoisting body, the hoisting body is barbed on the end face of the inner hole of the differential mechanism through all the clamping pieces. And at the moment, the operator operates hoisting equipment such as a gantry crane to be connected with the hoisting body, and the hoisting equipment can lift the whole differential mechanism through the hoisting tool so as to carry the differential mechanism. And after the differential mechanism is carried to a designated place, firstly, the hoisting equipment and the hoisting body can be separated from each other, so that the hoisting equipment can be taken away, then, all the clamping pieces can be retracted into the hoisting body, the hoisting body can be pulled away from the inner hole of the differential mechanism, and the hoisting tool and the differential mechanism can be separated from each other.

    本发明涉及一种吊具,用于吊装差速器,包括:吊装本体;多个夹紧件,周向布设在吊装本体上,每一夹紧件均可受控地相对吊装本体伸出或者缩回,当全部夹紧件均缩回至吊装本体内时,吊装本体可伸入差速器的内孔内;当全部夹件件均相对吊装本体伸出时,吊装本体通过全部夹紧件倒钩在差速器的内孔的端面上。此时,操作人员再操作龙门吊等吊装设备与吊装本体相连,吊装设备通过吊具便可以将差速器整个提起,以对差速器进行搬运。而当差速器被搬运到指定地点之后,首先可以将吊装设备与吊装本体相互分离,以便于将吊装设备撤走,之后便可以将全部夹紧件缩回至吊装本体内,吊装本体便可以从差速器的内孔中抽离,吊具与差速器相互分离。
