The invention discloses a combined hoisting method for integrally hoisting a large-caliber space elbow, and solves the problems that the later workload is large, the welding cost is high and the welding quality is not guaranteed due to the adoption of segmented hoisting of the existing space elbow. The method comprises the following steps that S1, tools before hoisting are prepared, specifically, two polyester flexible hoisting belts, two long steel wire ropes, two short steel wire ropes, two hoisting chains and two shackles are prepared, and when the space elbow is prefabricated in a factory, mounting horizontal marks are arranged at the socket end and the port end correspondingly; s2, hoisting is conducted, specifically, the two ends of the space elbow are hoisted through two polyester flexible hoisting belts, the space elbow is surrounded and bound through two long steel wire ropes, binding nodes are arranged at the waist line position of the space elbow, and the binding nodes are connected through shackles; and S3, after the pipe fitting is bound, the pipe fitting is lifted, and after the pipe fitting is stressed, the two lifting chains are adjusted, so that the space elbow slightly rotates to the radial horizontal position of the end of the space elbow step by step.

    一种用于大口径空间弯头整体吊装的组合吊装方法,解决了现在空间弯头采用分段吊装,后期工作量大、焊接成本高且焊接质量不受保障的问题。其包括如下步骤:S1,吊装前工具的准备,准备两条涤纶柔性吊带、两条长钢丝绳、两条短钢丝绳、两个吊链、两个卸扣,空间弯头在工厂预制时,承口、端口端分别设有安装水平标记;S2,进行吊装,在空间弯头的两端采用两条涤纶柔性吊带吊装,两条长钢丝绳将空间弯头环抱捆绑,捆绑节点设置在空间弯头腰线部位,捆绑节点采用卸扣连接;S3,管件捆绑后,进行吊起,当管件受力后,通过调整两处吊链,使空间弯头发生轻微旋转,逐步旋转至空间弯头端头径向水平位置。
