According to the elevator fault diagnosis grading processing method and system, on the premise that the safety of passengers in an elevator is guaranteed, the emergency rescue operation scheme of putting people first and then overhauling is automatically implemented, the elevator people trapping rate is reduced, and life and property losses caused by the elevator people trapping rate are reduced.
