When the throttling guide pipe is installed in an infield workshop, the throttling guide pipe can be hoisted to the bearing face through a crane at first, then the energy-saving guide pipe can be trimmed and cut, the energy-saving guide pipe can move in the gravity direction through the moving mechanism after being trimmed and cut so that the position of the bearing face can be adjusted, and then the position of the throttling guide pipe can be adjusted. And the throttling guide pipe does not need to be hoisted by a crane for many times, so that the time of occupying crane resources during installation of the throttling guide pipe is shortened, and normal operation of other hoisting operations in an infield workshop is ensured.
