The invention provides a double-buoy single-point mooring offshore wind power floating type foundation. The double-buoy single-point mooring offshore wind power floating type foundation comprises a floating body structure, a single-point mooring system and a frame structure connecting the floating body structure with the single-point mooring system. The frame structure is provided with a transition connecting part connected with offshore wind power equipment; the single-point mooring system comprises a rotating tower, the floating body structure rotates around the center of the rotating tower when wind waves come, and a rotating cylinder connected with the frame structure is arranged outside the rotating tower; the floating body structure comprises buoys arranged on the two sides, ballast tanks are arranged in the buoys, and the whole structure is in a floating state through buoyancy provided by the buoys. The single-point mooring system is adopted, so that the whole floating body structure has the wind vane effect of generating position changes along with wind wave changes, the wind wave resistance of the floating body structure is high under the severe wind wave flow condition, and meanwhile the applicable water depth range is wide.

    本发明提供一种双浮筒单点系泊海上风电漂浮式基础,包括浮体结构和单点系泊系统,以及将所述浮体结构和所述单点系泊系统连接的框架结构;所述框架结构上设置与海上风电设备连接的过渡连接部;所述单点系泊系统包括转塔,使所述浮体结构在风浪来袭时绕所述转塔中心旋转,所述转塔外部为与所述框架结构连接的转筒;所述浮体结构包括在两侧设置的浮筒,且所述浮筒内设置压载舱,通过所述浮筒提供的浮力使整体结构形成漂浮状态。本发明通过采用单点系泊系统,使整个浮体结构具有随风浪变化而产生位置变化的风向标效应,因此使其在恶劣风浪流条件下抗风浪能力强,同时适用水深范围广。
