The stable-connection mooring bollard comprises a shell, the shell is fixed to a wharf through pouring and other methods, a lifting mechanism and a mooring mechanism are arranged in the shell, a pulling mechanism is arranged on the upper surface of the shell, a tightening mechanism is arranged on the pulling mechanism, and the lifting mechanism and the pulling mechanism are located on the two sides of the mooring mechanism correspondingly. The pulling mechanism comprises a pulling seat, a pulling rod, a fixing plate and a first spring, the surface of the pulling seat is movably connected with the pulling rod, one end of the pulling rod is connected with the fixing plate, the other end of the pulling rod penetrates through the surface of the pulling seat to be connected with the clamping mechanism, the surface of the pulling rod is sleeved with the first spring, and one end of the first spring abuts against the surface of the fixing plate; the other end of the first spring abuts against the surface of the pulling seat, the pulling mechanism enables the cable to penetrate through the clamping plates conveniently, and therefore manual cable inserting is avoided.
