The invention provides a lightening hole structure and a ship with the lightening hole structure. The lightening hole structure comprises a hole opening body. The tapping body is provided with at least one lightening hole, and the lightening hole is provided with a long hole in the preset first direction and a protrusion on the long hole in the preset second direction. The height of the gravity center of the tapping body is adjusted through the protrusions of the lightening holes, and therefore the technical problem that in the prior art, the gravity center of equipment can not be adjusted through the lightening hole structure is solved.
