The invention discloses a subway train speed measurement method based on multi-source information intelligent fusion, and the method comprises the steps: selecting a speed measurement motor, a Doppler radar and an accelerometer to obtain the measured values of a speed and an acceleration according to the operation condition of a train, and carrying out the intelligent fusion of the measured values through a neural network; according to the method, actually measured data of three sensors installed on a train serve as features to be input into an input layer of a radial basis function neural network, a hidden layer adjusts and optimizes parameters of the radial basis function neural network through a large amount of sample data training by means of the nonlinear mapping characteristic and the self-learning capacity of the neural network, and the data is obtained. The output layer outputs data after three-source information fusion to obtain a real-time speed value of the subway train; according to the method, on the basis of an existing speed measurement motor and Doppler radar combined speed measurement technology, the nonlinear mapping and self-learning ability characteristics of the neural network are fully utilized, the weights of the measured values of the three sensors are intelligently and indirectly adjusted, and the speed measurement accuracy and reliability are improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于多源信息智能融合的地铁列车测速方法,根据列车运行工况,选用测速电机、多普勒雷达、加速度计这三种传感器分别获取速度、加速度的实测值,使用神经网络将它们进行智能融合;即将列车上安装的三种传感器实测数据作为特征输入到径向基函数神经网络的输入层,隐藏层则利用神经网络的非线性映射特性及自学习能力,通过大量的样本数据训练,调整优化径向基函数神经网络的参数,输出层输出三源信息融合后的数据,得到地铁列车的实时速度数值;本发明在现有测速电机与多普勒雷达组合测速技术的基础上,充分利用神经网络的非线性映射及自学习能力特性,智能间接调整三种传感器实测值的权值,提高了测速的精确性和可靠性。
