The invention discloses a novel electric brake boosting system which comprises a shell, a sensor is embedded in the lower end of the outer portion of the shell, a mounting nut is arranged on the right side of the shell, a lead screw is arranged in the shell, an input push rod is arranged in the lead screw, and an equipment shell is arranged on the upper portion of the shell. A driving motor is arranged in the equipment shell, a transmission module is arranged at the right end of the driving motor in the equipment shell, an output force module is arranged at the lower end of the transmission module in the equipment shell, a brake master cylinder is arranged at the left end of the shell, and a magnet is arranged at the left end of an input push rod. When the system is used, the front sensor, the brake push rod and the brake master cylinder are adopted, the efficiency is high, the functions of power-assisted brake, brake-by-wire, regenerative brake and the like can be achieved, and the system has the advantages of being high in integration, simple and reliable in structure, low in cost, high in universality and the like.

    本发明公开了一种新型的电动制动助力系统,包括壳体,所述壳体的外部下端镶嵌设置有传感器,所述壳体的右侧设置有安装螺母,所述壳体的内部设置有丝杆,所述丝杆内设置有输入推杆,所述壳体的上部设置有设备外壳,所述设备外壳的内部设置有驱动电机,所述设备外壳的内部驱动电机的右端设置有传动模块,所述设备外壳的内部传动模块的下端设置有输出力模块,所述壳体的左端设置有制动总泵,所述输入推杆的左端设置有磁体。本发明在使用时,采用前置的传感器加制动推杆加制动总泵,效率较高,能够实现助力制动、线控制动、再生制动等功能,具有高度集成,结构简单可靠、成本低廉、通用性强等优点。
