The invention provides a power battery heating method and device and an electric vehicle applying the device, and relates to the field of new energy vehicle control, and the method comprises the steps that a battery heating instruction is received, and current loop control is adopted to limit torque output; calculating to obtain q-axis voltage according to the current loop; bus voltage is obtained, and the amplitude of d-axis voltage is obtained through calculation according to the bus voltage and the q-axis voltage; taking a preset basic threshold range, and randomly adjusting the preset basic threshold range in a preset period to generate a randomly changing target threshold range; and according to the change of the amplitude of the d-axis voltage relative to the target threshold range, the direction of the d-axis voltage is automatically adjusted, so that after the d-axis voltage is injected according to the amplitude and direction of the d-axis voltage, a high-frequency alternating current with randomly distributed frequencies is formed to heat the power battery, and the power battery is heated. The problem that high noise is generated when high-frequency voltage with a certain frequency is injected to heat a power battery at present is solved.

    本发明提供了一种动力电池加热方法、装置及应用该装置的电动汽车,涉及新能源车辆控制领域,包括:接收电池加热指令,采用电流环控制以限制扭矩输出;根据电流环计算获得q轴电压;获取母线电压,并根据所述母线电压和q轴电压计算获得d轴电压的幅值;取预设基础阈值范围,并对所述预设基础阈值范围以预设周期进行随机调整,以生成随机变化的目标阈值范围;根据所述d轴电压的幅值相对所述目标阈值范围的变化,自主调整d轴电压的方向,使得根据所述d轴电压的幅值和方向注入d轴电压后,形成频率随机分布的高频交变电流,对动力电池进行加热,解决现有注入一定频率的高频电压进行动力电池加热会产生较大噪音的问题。
