The invention relates to an air suspension intake and exhaust silencing system and method, a storage medium and a vehicle. The invention relates to the technical field of NVH (Noise Vibration and Harshness) noise reduction, and is mainly designed for the NVH performance of an air intake and exhaust system of an automobile air suspension system, and the design for the NVH performance of the system mainly focuses on a silencer at the tail end of a pipeline at present. Materials and trends of a shield and a pipeline of the air compressor and a silencer at the tail section of an air inlet and exhaust system have important influences on the whole NVH performance. Through the design of the structural form of the protective cover of the air suspension compressor body, the material of the sound absorption cotton, the material of the air inlet and exhaust pipeline, the arrangement form of the pipeline and the silencer located at the tail end of the air inlet and exhaust pipeline, air suspension systems of different vehicle types can have good NVH performance in the unloading process; therefore, the high-end feeling of the whole system is improved, and complaints of clients on air leakage noise are avoided.
本发明是一种空气悬架进排消音系统、方法、存储介质及车辆。本发明涉及NVH降噪技术领域,本发明主要针对汽车空气悬架系统进排气系统的NVH性能进行设计,目前针对该套系统NVH性能的设计主要集中在管路末端的的消音器,但是通过研究发现,空压机本身的护罩、管路的材质以及走势、进排气系统末段的消声器对整体的NVH性能均有重要的影响。本发明通过对空气悬架压缩机本体的护罩的结构形式以及吸音棉的材质、进排气管路的材质以及管路的布置形式以及处于进排气管路末端的消声器的设计,可以实现不同车型的空气悬架系统在下架过程中,具备良好的NVH性能,从而提升整套系统的高端感,规避客户对于泄气噪声的抱怨。
