According to the clamping device, in the process that the two clamping jaws grab objects and move upwards, due to the fact that the first anti-disengaging mechanism is arranged between the two clamping jaws, the two first pull ropes can be driven to be wound through the two rotating shafts, then the two clamping jaws can be pulled to maintain the clamping state, and the risk that the objects fall downwards due to the fact that the clamping jaws lose efficacy is avoided; the safety of workers on the ground is guaranteed, so that the hoisting work can be smoothly carried out.
