The invention discloses a node positioning method and system based on wireless energy transmission and signal receiving in the field of sensing node positioning, and the method comprises the steps: controlling a charging vehicle to continuously broadcast a signal containing the coordinate information of a resident point Sj for W times to a sensing node when the charging vehicle reaches the resident point Sj at a tj moment; controlling the charging vehicle to start transmitting energy to the sensing node ni for a time length Tc; after the sensing nodes within the upper limit of the wireless energy transmission distance of the charging vehicle are charged, the charging vehicle is controlled to move towards the next resident point Sj + 1 along the TSP circulation path until the charging vehicle returns to the starting and ending point S1; the sensing node is positioned in combination with the wireless energy transmission characteristics and the wireless signal receiving strength, so that the positioning precision of the sensing node is improved.
