The invention provides an aircraft maneuvering characteristic real-time prediction method based on digital twinning. The method comprises the steps that firstly, a digital twinning model capable of accurately representing the strength and/or rigidity characteristics of an aircraft body is constructed; secondly, the digital twinborn model for representing the strength and/or rigidity characteristics of the airplane body and the digital-physical twinborn body formed by the airplane physical entity are kept consistent in the initial physical state; acquiring a data set generated by the physical twin of the aircraft in a manufacturing stage and endowing the data set with a digital twin; thirdly, predicting airplane strength and/or rigidity characteristics by using the airplane body digital twinning model; fourthly, determining the stress and strain parameters of the current airplane body structure based on the predicted airplane strength and/or rigidity characteristic result so as to determine the stress-strain level and the residual bearing capacity of the airplane body structure; and based on the influence degree of multi-level and multi-dimensional parameters such as full-aircraft basic parameters, full-aircraft maneuvering parameters and component-level parameters, carrying out safe use condition analysis to determine the flight capability envelope of the aircraft.
