The maintenance strategy generation method comprises the steps that a reliability model of the braking system and a GO graph are built based on a GO method; setting a sampling interval according to the constructed reliability model, carrying out unit reliability covariable sampling, calculating unit reliability, judging whether the unit reliability is lower than a preset threshold, and if the unit reliability is lower than the preset threshold, listing in a unit maintenance plan to carry out unit maintenance; the reliability of the braking system is calculated according to the unit maintenance result, and whether the reliability of the braking system is lower than a preset threshold value is judged; if the reliability index is lower than the preset threshold value, the braking system does not meet the reliability index requirement, the unit maintenance importance degree is calculated, a maintenance strategy is made according to the unit maintenance importance degree sequence, and after maintenance is confirmed, the reliability degree of the maintained braking system is updated. According to the method, the overall reliability of the mine car can be improved more safely, more efficiently and more flexibly on the whole through reliability prediction maintenance based on data driving.

    本发明公开了一种自动驾驶矿车制动系统的维修策略生成方法,包括基于GO法构建制动系统的可靠性模型,以及GO图;根据构建的可靠性模型,设定采样间隔,进行单元可靠性协变量采样,并计算单元可靠度,且判断单元可靠度是否低于预设阈值,若低于预设阈值,则列入单元维修计划进行单元维修;根据单元维修结果计算制动系统可靠度,判断制动系统可靠度是否低于预设阈值;若低于预设阈值,则制动系统不满足可靠性指标要求,计算单元维修重要度,并根据单元维修重要度排序制定维修策略,在确认维修后,更新维修后的制动系统可靠度。本发明通过基于数据驱动的可靠性预测维修可以从整体上实现更安全、更高效、更灵活的提升矿车整体可靠性。
