The invention discloses a floating fan mounting method which comprises the steps of crawler crane assembly and in-place, fan part unloading, floating foundation berthing, tower drum mounting, levelness primary adjustment, cabin mounting, levelness secondary adjustment, wind wheel assembly, wind wheel hoisting and levelness tertiary adjustment. The invention relates to the technical field of offshore wind power construction. According to the floating type draught fan installation method, the main crawler crane, the auxiliary crawler crane and the truck crane are matched to complete assembly of the draught fan unit and the floating type platform on a coastal wharf, the pressure of scarce resources of a self-elevating draught fan installation ship in a deepwater sea area is relieved, cost input is effectively reduced, and the floating type foundation is slightly influenced by wind speed, sea waves and flow speed in a harbor basin; the difficulty of alignment installation of the wind turbine generator is greatly reduced, the safety is high, meanwhile, the advantage of the area of a wharf storage yard is fully played, the assembly work of the wind wheel is completed by utilizing the truck crane in advance, the construction period is greatly shortened, and the cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种浮式风机安装方法,通过步骤:履带吊拼装及就位‑风机部件卸货‑浮动式基础靠泊‑塔筒安装‑水平度一次调整‑机舱安装‑水平度二次调整‑风轮拼装‑风轮吊装‑水平度三次调整,本发明涉及海上风电施工技术领域。该浮式风机安装方法,本发明在沿海码头利用主、辅履带吊及汽车吊配合完成风机机组与浮式平台的组装,缓解了深水海域自升式风机安装船稀缺资源的压力,有效减少成本投入,且浮动式基础在港池内受风速、海浪、流速的影响较小,大大降低了风电机组对位安装的难度,且安全性高,同时充分发挥码头堆场面积优势,提前利用汽车吊完成风轮的拼装工作,大大缩短了施工工期,降低成本。
