The invention discloses an electromagnetic suspension system based on a second-generation YBCO (high-temperature superconducting) strip and normal coil mixed inverted-E-shaped electromagnet. Different from a traditional normally-conducting U-shaped electromagnetic suspension system, the bottom of the track is a plane, the suspension area on a straight road and a bent road surface cannot be changed, suspension is more stable, suspension force is easily and stably controlled, a U-shaped electromagnetic iron core structure is optimized into an inverted-E-shaped electromagnetic iron core structure, the magnetic leakage phenomenon is reduced, and the larger suspension distance can be achieved. Second, a second-generation high-temperature superconducting strip (YBCO) is wound on a core plate in the inverted-E-shaped iron core, a direct-current source is used for providing main suspension force of the suspension system, aluminum coils are wound on two side plates to provide adjusting force of the electromagnetic suspension system, and the problems that a traditional electromagnetic suspension system is high in energy consumption and prone to heating can be solved.
本发明公开了一种基于第二代高温超导(YBCO)带材和常导线圈混合倒E型电磁铁的电磁悬浮系统。与传统的常导U型电磁悬浮系统不同,本发明的轨道底部为平面,在直道和弯曲路面的悬浮面积不会发生改变,悬浮更稳定,也容易稳定控制的悬浮力,将U型电磁铁芯结构优化为倒E型电磁铁芯结构,减少漏磁现象可以实现更大悬浮距离。其次,倒E型铁芯中芯板缠绕第二代高温超导带材(YBCO)并通以直流源提供悬浮系统的主悬浮力,两侧板缠绕铝线圈提供电磁悬浮系统的调节力,可以解决传统电磁悬浮系统的能耗高、易发热问题。
