The invention relates to a hybrid power control method and system and a crane, and the control method comprises the steps: reading an operation handle opening signal, and calculating the oil pump displacement required by operation; reading information of a pressure sensor at an oil outlet of an oil pump, obtaining pressure of a hydraulic system, and calculating torque required by crane operation through displacement of the oil pump; reading an accelerator opening signal, and calculating the rotating speed required by operation to obtain target rotating speeds of an engine and a motor; reading the electric quantity and charging and discharging operation power information of the power battery, and outputting the charging and discharging power demand of the power battery according to the electric balance demand of the whole vehicle; the information is synthesized to calculate the optimal torque actually emitted by the engine, and the engine is adjusted to work in the optimal economic interval. According to the hybrid power control method and system and the crane, the operation stability and economical efficiency of the hybrid power system can be effectively improved. And products meeting the requirements of balance stability, economy and environmental protection can be manufactured for crane users.
