The invention discloses a mine hoister tail rope breakage protection device and method.The mine hoister tail rope breakage protection device comprises a fixing frame body, a winding device, a winding displacement device and a tightening device, the fixing frame body comprises supporting vertical plates and a rain shelter, the lower end of the rain shelter is fixedly connected with two sets of oppositely-arranged supporting vertical plates, the winding device is arranged between the upper ends of the supporting vertical plates, and the winding device is connected with the winding displacement device; a winding device is arranged on the base, a wire arranging device is arranged at the lower end of the winding device, a tightening device is arranged at the lower end of the wire arranging device, a traction rope is wound on the winding device, one end of the traction rope penetrates out of the winding device and then penetrates through the wire arranging device, and the traction rope penetrates through the wire arranging device and then is connected into the tightening device in a penetrating mode. The invention aims to provide a protection device which is stable in structure, can prevent a tail rope from being entangled and has a fracture protection effect.

    本发明公开了一种矿山提升机尾绳断绳保护装置及方法,包括固定架体、卷绕装置、排线装置、收紧装置,所述固定架体包括支撑立板、挡雨棚,所述挡雨棚下端固定连接有两组相对设置的支撑立板,所述支撑立板的上端之间设置有卷绕装置,所述卷绕装置下端设置有排线装置,所述排线装置的下端设置有收紧装置,所述卷绕装置上缠绕有牵拉绳,所述牵拉绳一端穿出卷绕装置后穿插在排线装置上,所述牵拉绳穿过排线装置后再次贯穿连接在收紧装置内。本发明目的是提供一种结构稳定、可以防止尾绳纠缠,具有断裂保护作用的保护装置。
