According to the manufacturing method of the aircraft control surface, the control surface comprises an upper-layer skin (1), a lower-layer skin (2) and wing ribs (3) which are connected with the upper-layer skin (1) and the lower-layer skin (2) and are located in the wing chord direction of the control surface, the manufacturing method comprises the steps of providing a single composite preform comprising the upper skin (1), the lower skin (2) and the ribs (3), and curing the single composite preform, thereby forming an integrated box (10) of the upper skin (1), the lower skin (2) and the ribs (3).
