According to the invention, the plates are very stable during lightering; scratches caused by contact between the materials and longitudinal and transverse girders on the lightering bracket can be avoided; the auxiliary nylon belt can play a role in assisting in enhancing the stability of the lightering process. Short-distance lightering is achieved, the stability of the lightering process is well mastered, and rotation in the same direction can be achieved, so that the damage defects that the surfaces of the boards are scratched and the like due to small displacement of the surfaces of the boards and auxiliary girders on the lightering bracket during board transferring and lightering are avoided; the stability is mainly considered for long-distance lightering, so that the adjacent auxiliary girders rotate reversely to form triangular arrangement or V-shaped arrangement, a more stable structure is formed, and the lightering stability is ensured. Longitudinal and transverse girders of the lightering bracket are connected, the whole lightering bracket is stressed, the collapse risk is avoided after the plates are put on the bracket, and potential safety hazards are reduced.

    本发明公开了一种船舶制造用板材驳运托架,包括交叉固定相连的纵桁材与横桁材,纵桁材和/或横桁材下方固定连接有支撑腿。本发明使得板材在驳运期间会非常稳定;可以避免材与驳运托架上的纵横桁材接触产生的划伤;辅助尼龙带可以起到辅助增强驳运过程稳定的作用。短距离驳运,较好把握驳运过程的稳定,可以同向转动,以避免在转移板材、驳运板材时出现板材表面与驳运托架上的辅助桁材的微小位移造成的板材表面划伤等损伤缺陷;长距离驳运的话则是考虑稳定为主,因此相邻的辅助桁材反向转动,形成三角布置或V形布置,形成更为稳定的结构,保证了驳运的稳定。本发明的驳运托架纵横桁材连接,整体受力,板材上架后不会发生坍塌风险,减少安全隐患。
