The invention discloses a self-damping and self-balancing lightweight floating type offshore wind power foundation platform which comprises a tower drum, a buoyancy cabin and a ballast tank, the buoyancy cabin is provided with an inner cavity and an outer cavity, the tower drum penetrates through the inner cavity to be connected with the ballast tank, a tensile support is arranged between the buoyancy cabin and the ballast tank, and the outer cavity is connected with the outer cavity. The tower drum horizontally moves or swings in the inner cavity through a tensile support, a plurality of first spring dampers are arranged between the tower drum and the inner cavity, a transverse partition plate is arranged in the outer cavity, a gravity block capable of horizontally moving is arranged on the transverse partition plate, and a second spring damper is arranged between the gravity block and the cavity wall of the outer cavity. And the ballast tank is fixedly connected with the buoyancy tank. Compared with the prior art, the vibration of the main body structure under the wind load is reduced, and the vibration brought to the main body structure by the foundation platform is also reduced. And secondly, vibration energy consumption and supporting of the main body structure are completed through the foundation platform, no mass block needs to be additionally arranged, materials are saved, and the engineering cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种自消振自平衡的轻量化漂浮式海上风电基础平台,其包括:塔筒、浮力舱和压载舱,所述浮力舱设有内腔和外腔,所述塔筒穿过内腔与压载舱相连接,所述浮力舱和压载舱之间设有抗拉支座,所述塔筒通过抗拉支座在内腔内水平移动或摆动,所述塔筒和内腔之间设有多个第一弹簧阻尼器,所述外腔内设有横隔板,所述横隔板上设有能够水平移动的重力块,所述重力块与外腔的腔壁之间设有第二弹簧阻尼器,所述压载舱和浮力舱固定连接。与现有技术相比,本发明即消减了风荷载下的主体结构的振动,也消减了基础平台带给主体结构的振动。其次,主体结构的振动能消耗和支撑均由基础平台完成,不需要额外增加质块,节约了材料,降低了工程成本。
