The invention discloses a vehicle charging control method, a vehicle, a charging pile and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: receiving a communication signal of the charging pile in a charging station; controlling a charging port cover of the vehicle to be opened according to the communication signal; and if the charging plug gun is not detected to be connected within the preset duration, controlling the charging port cover of the vehicle to be closed. According to the invention, the opening and closing convenience of the charging port cover is improved, and the charging convenience is improved.
