The invention relates to the technical field of dynamic wireless charging of electric vehicles, and particularly discloses an EV-DWPT system with passive coils and compensation capacitors thereof, which is characterized in that the passive coils and the compensation capacitors thereof are placed between ground transmitting coils, and stable output power during switching of adjacent transmitting coils is realized by configuring the compensation capacitors. When the pickup coil travels to the switching position of the adjacent transmitting coils, the induced voltage vector of the vehicle-mounted pickup end is composed of the induced voltage vector provided by the ground transmitting coil and the induced voltage vector provided by the passive coil. According to the system, the amplitude and the phase angle of an induced voltage vector provided by a compensation capacitor of a passive coil are adjusted by configuring the compensation capacitor, vector synthesis is carried out on the vector and the induced voltage provided by a transmitting coil, the amplitude of the induced voltage vector of a vehicle-mounted pickup end can be adjusted, and stable output power is achieved. The system is simple in structure, does not need a power control link, and is more suitable for a rapid EV-DWPT system.
