The first driving mechanism is in transmission connection with the walking wheel set through a synchronous belt, and walking wheels are used for being arranged on a wire. The walking mechanism further comprises a pressing wheel assembly, and the pressing wheel assembly comprises a pressing wheel, a rotary encoder and a second driving mechanism. The pressing wheel is located at the bottom of the walking wheel set and is in transmission connection with the rotary encoder, and the second driving mechanism is used for driving the pressing wheel to be close to or away from the walking wheel set in the vertical direction; the walking mechanism further comprises a pressing wheel telescopic assembly, and the pressing wheel telescopic assembly comprises a third driving mechanism used for driving the pressing wheel to be close to or away from the walking wheel set in the horizontal direction.
