The invention discloses a tandem type hybrid power crawler energy management strategy based on predicted vehicle speed change. Comprising the following steps: (1) establishing a longitudinal dynamic model of the tandem hybrid crawler; (2) establishing an A-ECMS energy management strategy model for the tandem type hybrid power crawler; (3) predicting speed change values by using an LSTM (Long Short Term Memory) method, dividing the change values into a positive type and a negative type, classifying the predicted speed change values under different symbols by adopting a Kmeans method respectively, and obtaining threshold values in the speed change values; and (4) for the speed change value of which the absolute value is greater than the threshold value under the corresponding symbol, adjusting the equivalent factor of the corresponding A-ECMS, comparing the obtained comprehensive fuel consumption with the comprehensive fuel consumption obtained by the A-ECMS, and taking the power distribution condition of the APU and the power battery corresponding to the smaller value. According to the vehicle speed prediction condition, the matching performance of the output power and the required power of the device is improved, and meanwhile the comprehensive fuel consumption value is further reduced.

    本发明公开一种基于预测车速变化的串联式混合动力履带车能量管理策略。包括以下步骤:(1)建立串联式混合动力履带车的纵向动力学模型;(2)针对串联式混合动力履带车,建立A‑ECMS能量管理策略模型;(3)利用LSTM方法预测速度变化值,将变化值分为正负两类,分别采用Kmeans方法对不同符号下预测的速度变化值进行分类,并获取其中的门限值;(4)针对绝对值大于对应符号下门限值的速度变化值,对相应的A‑ECMS的等效因子进行调节,并将所得的综合油耗与A‑ECMS所得的综合油耗进行比较,取其中较小值对应的APU和动力电池功率分配情况。本发明根据预测车速的情况提高了装置输出功率与需求功率的匹配性,同时实现了综合油耗值的进一步降低。
