According to the invention, the TMPPD macromolecular anti-aging agent and a small amount of micromolecular 6PPD anti-aging agent are compounded for use, and the ratio of the TMPPD macromolecular anti-aging agent and the micromolecular 6PPD anti-aging agent is optimally designed, so that a synergistic effect can be generated, the use of polluting amine anti-aging agents and protective wax is greatly reduced, effective dynamic and static anti-ozone protection of a tire in the whole life cycle is obtained, and meanwhile, the appearance is greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种轮胎用耐变色耐臭氧的橡胶组合物,按照以下质量配比组成:基体橡胶100份、活性填料20‑80份、橡胶加工油1~20份、活性剂2~10份、防护蜡0.5~2份、TMPPD0.5~3.5份、6PPD 0.1~1.2份、TMQ0.5~1.5份、硫磺1~2份、促进剂1~3份。本发明通过将TMPPD大分子防老剂与少量小分子6PPD防老剂复配使用,并对二者配比进行优化设计,可产生协同效应,大大减少了污染性胺类防老剂及防护蜡的使用,使轮胎获得全生命周期有效的动、静态抗臭氧防护,同时外观得到极大的改善。
