The invention discloses an unmanned forklift which comprises a forklift body, an unmanned aerial vehicle body, an unmanned aerial vehicle body and an unmanned aerial vehicle body, the fork arm is mounted at the rear part of the vehicle body; the door frame assembly is connected with the vehicle body and drives the fork arm to horizontally move relative to the vehicle body; the sensor comprises a front obstacle avoidance sensor, a rear obstacle avoidance sensor and a posture recognition camera used for detecting the posture of a tray in front of the fork arm, the rear obstacle avoidance sensor comprises a rear obstacle avoidance radar and a fork arm protection assembly, the fork arm protection assembly comprises a tooth tip protection assembly and a tooth root protection assembly, the tooth tip protection assembly is located at the tooth tip of the fork arm, and the tooth root protection assembly is located at the tooth root of the fork arm. The tooth root protection assembly is located at the tooth root of the fork arm, and the posture recognition camera is located on the portal assembly. And the control system is electrically connected to the sensor and receives a detection signal from the sensor. By reasonably arranging the positions of various sensors, the unmanned forklift can well sense and control the external environment and the state performance of the unmanned forklift, and the operation safety of the forklift is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种无人叉车,无人叉车包括:车体,车体内设置有控制系统;叉臂,叉臂安装在车体的后方;门架组件,门架组件与车体相连接,且带动叉臂相对于车体水平运动;传感器,传感器包括前方避障传感器、后方避障传感器以及用于检测叉臂前方托盘位姿的姿态识别相机,后方避障传感器包括后方避障雷达和叉臂防护组件,叉臂防护组件包括牙尖防护组件和牙根防护组件,牙尖防护组件位于叉臂的牙尖,牙根防护组件位于叉臂的牙根,姿态识别相机位于门架组件上;以及控制系统,控制系统电性连接于传感器并接收来自传感器的检测信号。通过合理布置各类传感器的位置,实现无人叉车对于外部环境及自身状态性能的良好感知与控制,保证叉车作业的安全性。
