The invention relates to a main beam base rotation system of a full-rotation crane ship, which comprises a main beam base rotation interface, an auxiliary beam bolt and a winch-spring cooperative system, the main beam base rotation interface is divided into two layers, namely an upper cushion plate on the upper layer and a lower cushion plate on the lower layer, the upper cushion plate is welded on a main beam, and the lower cushion plate is welded on the lower layer. The lower base plate is welded on the main beam base; in the rotation process of the main beam, rotation is achieved through the upper base plate and rotates around the center of the main beam, and the main beam base is kept static. Compared with an existing full-rotation crane or a crane base, the main beam base rotation system has the advantages that the base is of a structure welded to the main deck, so that the strength and rigidity of the base are better, meanwhile, due to the fact that the full-rotation working condition generally occurs under the working condition that a heavy object is completely and vertically hung, the horizontal load is small, and meanwhile the working efficiency is greatly improved. In addition, the working condition of the main beam and the working condition of the auxiliary beam are controlled by the electric winch at the same time, and errors are avoided.

    本发明涉及一种全回转起重船的主梁基座回转系统,包括主梁基座回转界面,辅梁插销及绞车‑弹簧协同系统,所述主梁基座回转界面分为两层,分别为上层的上垫板,以及下层的下垫板,所述上垫板焊接于主梁上,所述下垫板焊接于主梁基座上;主梁回转过程中通过上垫板实现回转,且围绕主梁中心回转,而主梁基座保持静止。本发明提供的主梁基座回转系统,与现有的全回转起重机或者起重机基座相比,基座为焊接到主甲板上的结构,因此基座强度以及刚度更好,同时由于全回转工况一般发生在完全铅垂吊重物的工况下,因此水平载荷较小,同时,辅梁可以一起提供水平方向的支撑,另外,主梁的工况与辅梁的工况同时由电动绞车控制,避免出现失误。
