The invention relates to the field of engineering machinery, and provides a hoisting operator early warning method, device and system and hoisting equipment, and the method comprises the following steps: when a hoisting starting signal is received, determining a target workpiece and an initial position area corresponding to the target workpiece based on first images acquired by a plurality of image acquisition devices; wherein the initial position area is first position information of the target workpiece in a preset coordinate system; the displacement of the target workpiece in the transverse axis and/or longitudinal axis direction of the preset coordinate system is obtained, the initial position area is updated based on the displacement, and a current position area corresponding to the target workpiece is obtained; and controlling an early warning device to carry out personnel early warning based on the current position area. According to the invention, the influence of hoisting operation on normal work in a workshop can be effectively reduced while the safety of personnel is ensured.
本发明涉及工程机械领域,提供一种吊装作业人员预警方法、装置、系统及吊装设备,该方法包括:接收到吊装启动信号时,基于多个图像采集装置所采集的第一图像确定目标工件以及目标工件对应的初始位置区域;其中,初始位置区域为目标工件在预设坐标系中的第一位置信息;获取目标工件在预设坐标系的横轴和/或纵轴方向上的位移量,并基于位移量对初始位置区域进行更新,得到目标工件对应的当前位置区域;基于当前位置区域控制预警装置进行人员预警。本发明能够在保证人员安全的同时,有效降低吊装作业对车间内的正常工作的影响。
