The invention discloses a slewing bearing monitoring method, application of the slewing bearing monitoring method in a crane and a storage medium. According to the scheme, operation data of equipment are recorded, environment sound of slewing bearing work and sound data during slewing bearing action are obtained, and after data combination processing, the environment sound of slewing bearing work and the sound data of slewing bearing action are obtained; according to the scheme, the modified audio data denoised by background sound can be obtained, the modified audio data can be used as information for indirectly judging whether the state of the slewing bearing is abnormal or not, whether lubricating agents are added to the slewing bearing or not is selected according to the first detection result obtained through modified audio detection, and the scheme not only can avoid wrong judgment results caused by accidental abnormal data, but also can improve the detection accuracy of the lubricating agents. According to the scheme, the vibration condition of the slewing bearing is further monitored, whether the working state of the slewing bearing is abnormal or not is further judged in an auxiliary mode through the vibration conditions before and after lubricating agent filling, and the reliability of the output result is improved.

    本发明公开了回转支承监测方法及其在起重机中的应用和存储介质,本方案通过对设备的运行数据进行记录,还获取回转支承工作的环境声音、回转支承动作时的声音数据,在通过数据的结合处理后,能够获取到经背景声去噪的修饰音频数据,其可作为间接判断回转支承是否状态异常的信息,还通过修饰音频检测获得的第一检测结果来选择是否对回转支承加注润滑剂,该方案不仅能够避免偶发性异常数据带来的错误判断结果,同时,还能够实现对回转支承润滑剂自适应加注,本方案还进一步通过对回转支承的振动情况进行监测,通过加注润滑剂前后的振动情况来进一步辅助对回转支承工作状态是否异常进行判断,提高了所输出结果的可靠性。
