The invention provides a sampling mechanical arm and a Mars aircraft, and belongs to the field of mechanical arms. The problems that traditional mechanical arms are large in weight and size, some telescopic mechanical arms need to be adjusted through additional motors, convenience is poor, and additional weight needs to be increased are solved. The mechanical arm comprises a mechanical arm wrist ring, a motor, a sliding seat, a threaded shaft and a grabbing assembly, the mechanical arm wrist ring is of a three-section telescopic sleeve structure, the motor is fixedly connected to the interior of the sleeve at the uppermost end, the threaded shaft with external threads is arranged on an output shaft of the motor, and the lower portion of the threaded shaft is in threaded connection with the sliding seat with an internal threaded hole; the sliding seat is slidably connected into the sleeve at the lowest end of the mechanical arm wrist ring, the grabbing assembly is rotationally connected to the tail end of the mechanical arm wrist ring, and the lower end of the sliding seat is connected with the grabbing assembly. The motor can be used for driving the fingertip to grab a sampled object, and the weight margin can be provided for aircraft sampling to a greater extent.
