The invention provides a shafting on-line monitoring system. The shafting on-line monitoring system comprises a monitoring system, a data acquisition system and a data analysis system. The monitoring system comprises a plurality of static level gauges, a liquid tank and a communicating pipeline, one static level gauge is arranged at each settlement monitoring acquisition point, the plurality of static level gauges are arranged in a horizontal plane, the heights of the plurality of static level gauges are consistent, and the heights of the plurality of static level gauges are flush with the center line of the shaft system; the liquid tank is connected in series with the plurality of static force level gauges through the communicating pipeline to form a loop, and the initial heights of liquid in the plurality of static force level gauges are consistent. The data acquisition system is used for acquiring height data of liquid in each static force level gauge according to preset acquisition time and preset acquisition frequency. And the data analysis system is used for processing the height data acquired by the data acquisition system so as to analyze a settlement result and the deformation condition of the shaft system. The system improves the ship building efficiency and reduces the site construction risk.
