A frame welding structure of a cab of a three-way stacking forklift for people to go up comprises an upper frame, a middle frame, a lower frame and a cantilever frame, the upper frame comprises a hollow cavity formed by a top fan mounting plate and an overhead guard rear sealing plate, and the middle frame comprises a hollow cavity formed by a first bent vertical plate and a second bent vertical plate. The lower frame forms a hollow cavity between the base plate assembly plate and the standing plate and is provided with the main roller vertical plate and the base plate assembly plate which extend into the hollow cavity to form a support; the cantilever frame consists of a plate, a rectangular pipe and round steel; the upper frame, the middle frame and the lower frame comprise a plurality of bent plates, on one hand, the requirement for sudden change of the structure appearance is met, on the other hand, the stress area is increased, and a plurality of instruments, a fan, an illuminating lamp, a storage rack and other mounting plates are arranged in the cab. The hollow structure has the advantages that the weight is reduced, bending damage is not prone to occurring, the structural strength is improved, and meanwhile the material cost is reduced; and the stress uniformity can be improved through the design of the bent plate.

    一种人上行三向堆垛叉车驾驶室框架焊合结构,包括上部框架、中部框架、下部框架、悬臂框架,上部框架包括顶部风扇安装板、护顶架后封板形成的中空腔体,中部框架包括第一弯立板、第二弯立板形成的中空腔体,下部框架在底盘组件板、站板之间形成中空腔体且通过设置主滚轮立板、底盘组件板内延到该中空腔体形成支撑,悬臂框架由板、矩形管、圆钢组成;上部框架、中部框架、下部框架中包括多个弯折状的板,一方面满足结构外形突变的要求、另一方面提高受力面积,驾驶室内设置有多个仪器、风扇、照明灯、置物架等安装板;优势如下:中空结构降低重量、不易弯折损坏、提高结构强度的同时降低用材成本;弯折板的设计可提高受力均匀度。
