The invention provides an electric vehicle ordered charging method for a residential quarter. The method comprises the steps that vehicle owner side data of an electric vehicle and charging pile side data and power grid side data of the residential quarter are acquired; constructing a charging load model according to the vehicle owner side data and the charging pile side data, and generating a flexible charging target function in combination with the power grid side data; and obtaining a charging demand of the electric vehicle, and performing flexible charging control on the electric vehicle in combination with the flexible charging target function. According to the method, the load conditions of the vehicle owner side and the charging pile side are fully considered, the load conditions of the transformer capacity and the like of the power grid side and the influence of the peak-valley time-of-use electricity price on the charging cost are comprehensively considered on the basis of the charging load model, the flexible charging strategy is determined, the safety and reliability of the power grid and the load stability of the residential quarter are guaranteed, and meanwhile the charging efficiency is improved. The utilization rate of the pile body is greatly improved through flexible charging, valley-time peak shifting charging at night is supported, and the charging requirement of residential quarters on the aspect of electric automobiles is met.

    本发明提出了一种用于居民小区的电动汽车有序充电方法,包括:获取电动汽车的车主侧数据以及居民小区的充电桩侧数据、电网侧数据;根据车主侧数据和充电桩侧数据构建充电负荷模型,结合电网侧数据生成柔性充电目标函数;获取电动汽车的充电需求,结合柔性充电目标函数对电动汽车进行柔性充电控制。本发明充分考虑车主侧、充电桩侧的负荷情况,并在充电负荷模型的基础上,综合考虑电网侧的变压器容量等负荷情况,以及峰谷分时电价对充电费用的影响,确定柔性充电策略,在保障电网安全可靠以及居民小区负荷平稳性的同时,柔性充电大大提升了桩体利用率,支持夜间谷时错峰充电,满足了居民小区在电动汽车方面的充电需求。
