The invention discloses an oil dewatering vehicle and a tunneling system, and the oil dewatering vehicle is applied to tunneling construction. The moving device is connected to the chassis unit, and the moving unit is used for being matched with a track in the tunnel and moving on the track; the dehydration system is mounted on the chassis unit and is used for being connected with an oil tank of the heading machine in a matched manner to introduce oil liquid of the heading machine for dehydration treatment and conveying the treated oil liquid back to the oil tank of the heading machine; a brake device; and the connecting device is used for being matched and connected with the tunnel transport vehicle. The oil dehydration vehicle is matched with a track and connected with a tunnel transport vehicle in a matched mode, the installation height of a dehydration system is reduced, and then the oil dehydration vehicle is matched with the hole height of tunnel construction; the dewatering system is detachably connected with the chassis unit, and when the oil dewatering vehicle is conveyed to a matched position of the heading machine, the dewatering system can be hoisted to a reserved mounting position on one side of an oil tank of the heading machine through a crane for online dewatering, and the working state of the heading machine is not affected.

    本发明公开了一种油液脱水车及掘进系统,应用于隧道掘进施工,油液脱水车包括:底盘单元;移动装置,连接于底盘单元,移动单元用于与隧道内的轨道匹配并于轨道上移动;脱水系统,安装于底盘单元,用于与掘进机的油箱匹配连接引入掘进机的油液进行脱水处理并用于将处理后的油液输送回掘进机的油箱;制动装置;连接装置,用于与隧道运输车匹配连接。本油液脱水车通过与轨道匹配并通过与隧道运输车匹配连接,降低了脱水系统的安装高度,进而与隧道施工的洞高匹配;脱水系统与底盘单元可拆卸连接,在油液脱水车输送至掘进机匹配位置时,可通过吊车将脱水系统吊装至掘进机油箱一侧的预留安装位,进行在线脱水,不影响掘进机工作状态。
