The propeller hub structure comprises a propeller shell, the periphery of the propeller shell is provided with a plurality of cuffs used for installing propeller blade assemblies, and the middles of the two ends of the propeller shell are each provided with a sliding hole; one end of the variable-pitch rod is slidably connected into the sliding hole, and the other end of the variable-pitch rod is connected with an operating shaft of the airplane to drive the operating shaft to axially move; the shifting sleeve is fixed to the variable-pitch rod and located in an inner cavity of the propeller shell and axially moves along with the variable-pitch rod, and shifting grooves are annularly formed in the periphery of the shifting sleeve; the paddle root connecting disc is rotationally connected into the cuff, one end of the paddle root connecting disc is located on the outer side of the paddle shell and fixedly connected with the paddle and drives the angle of the paddle to change, the edge of the other end of the paddle root connecting disc is fixedly connected with an eccentric pin, and the eccentric pin is adaptively clamped in the shifting groove and drives the angle of the paddle to change along with the axial movement of the variable-pitch rod; according to the invention, the variable pitch mode of the blades of the thrust paddle is changed, and the flight performance of the helicopter is improved.

    本发明公开了一种推力桨的桨毂结构,其包括:桨壳,桨壳的四周设有多个用于安装桨叶组件的袖口,桨壳的两端中部分别开设有滑孔;变距杆,变距杆的一端滑动连接在滑孔内,另一端连接飞机的操纵轴带动其轴向移动;拨套,拨套固定在变距杆上且位于桨壳的内腔随着变距杆轴向移动,拨套的四周环设有拨动槽;桨根连接盘,桨根连接盘转动连接在袖口内,桨根连接盘的一端且位于桨壳的外侧固定连接桨叶且带动桨叶角度变化,另一端的边缘固定连接有偏心销,偏心销适应卡接在拨动槽内随着变距杆的轴向移动而带动桨叶角度变化,本发明改变了推力桨桨叶的变距方式,提升直升机的飞行性能。
