An omni-directional roller support trackless electric flat car relates to the technical field of transfer flat cars and comprises a car body, two supporting mechanisms capable of supporting a shaft body are arranged at the top end of the car body, and the two supporting mechanisms can move at the top end of the car body to be close to or away from each other. Each supporting mechanism is provided with a rotating mechanism used for driving the corresponding shaft body to rotate and a lifting mechanism used for driving the corresponding supporting mechanism to ascend and descend. According to the tool equipment transfer device, supporting rotation can be conveniently provided for tool equipment in the transfer process, and the tool equipment transfer device has better adaptability to tool equipment of different sizes and models.
