The invention provides a train communication network security protection system. The train communication network security protection system comprises an acquisition module, a detection module, a data protection module, a network protection module and an equipment protection module, the acquisition module is used for acquiring data information and equipment information, sending the data information and the equipment information to the detection module, judging that a destination address message in the data does not belong to a planned message and sending the threat information to the network protection module when detecting that the destination address message in the data does not belong to the planned message; when it is detected that the process or task contained in the equipment information is an unplanned process or task, equipment corresponding to the equipment information is judged as threatening equipment, and the equipment information of the threatening equipment is sent to an equipment protection module; the network protection module is used for protecting boundary and internal communication of network transmission; and the equipment protection module receives the equipment information and performs equipment security identification and protection based on the equipment information. And the communication security of a train communication network is realized through real-time detection. And the risk that the train suffers from network attacks is reduced.
