The invention relates to a cut-off holding circuit of a power supply and a vehicle, the cut-off holding circuit comprises an input circuit, a control circuit, an output circuit and a self-reset circuit, and the control circuit and the output circuit are cut off through the self-reset circuit so as to cut off an output power supply path between the power supply and the output end of the cut-off holding circuit. Powering off the power supply and keeping the power-off state; besides, the self-reset circuit has an automatic reset function, and the on state of the control circuit and the output circuit can be recovered after the self-reset circuit is reset to the off state, so that after the input power supply access where the power supply is located is switched on through the input circuit again, the output power supply access between the power supply and the output end of the cut-off holding circuit can be switched on, and the output power supply access is switched off. The power supply is enabled to supply power normally, a method of using a controller to cut off or restore power supply of the power supply is replaced, the method is easier to realize, the cost is reduced, additional manual operation is not needed when the power supply is powered on again, the operation is simplified, and the safety and the reliability are improved.
