The invention discloses a multi-sensor fusion-based anti-collision graded early warning method for a strip mine truck, and belongs to the field of strip mines. According to the method, the accurate position of a truck and information of a road section where the truck is located are obtained on a latest road map and serve as basic information of the truck; dynamically acquiring information of other equipment close to the truck in a set range, personnel information and linear distance between the equipment in real time; acquiring static and dynamic obstacle information in real time; and performing anti-collision early warning on the truck in the mining area according to the comparison result of the set safety alarm distance of different levels and the linear distance between the devices. According to the method, the false alarm rate and the missing report rate of the strip mine vehicle anti-collision early warning system can be effectively reduced.

    一种基于多传感器融合的露天矿卡车防撞分级预警方法,属于露天矿领域。本方法在最新的道路地图上获取卡车准确位置以及卡车所在路段信息作为该车辆基础信息;动态实时获取在设定范围内的与卡车临近的其他设备与人员信息和设备间直线距离;实时获取静态和动态障碍物信息;根据设定的不同级别的安全报警距离与设备间直线距离的比较结果,对处于矿区的卡车进行防撞预警。该方法能够有效降低露天矿车辆防撞预警系统的误报率和漏报率。
