The invention discloses a highway overload control law enforcement system and method. The system comprises an object end layer, an edge end layer, a cloud end layer and a user layer. The object end layer is distributed at the positions, where vehicles need to be measured, of a source enterprise detection point, a highway entrance detection point, a mobile law enforcement and overload control detection point, a fixed overload control detection point, an off-site law enforcement detection point and the like. Comprising an end sensor, an end controller, an end server and an LED display. The edge layer is distributed on a station-level overload treatment platform or a municipal-level overload treatment platform and comprises an edge server, a system management terminal and a third-party system. The cloud layer is distributed on a provincial or national overload treatment platform and comprises a cloud server, a third-party platform, a road transportation management information system and a third-party system. Through coordination of all parts of the system, overrun and overload information can be checked in real time at a detection point, after a vehicle passes through the detection point, a user layer immediately receives overrun and overload detailed data manually checked by the system, and meanwhile, the data accuracy is high, the system operation and maintenance cost is low, and the information informing real-time performance is high.

    本发明公开了一种公路治超执法系统及方法,包括物端层、边端层、云端层和用户层;物端层分布在源头企业检测点、高速入口检测点、移动执法治超检测点、固定治超检测点、非现场执法检测点等需要对车辆进行测量的位置。包括端传感器、端控制器、端服务器和LED显示器。边端层分布在站级治超平台或市级治超平台,包括边服务器、系统管理终端、第三方系统。云端层分布在省级或国家级治超平台,包括云服务器、第三方平台、道路运输管理信息系统、第三方系统。通过系统各部分的协调,在检测点就可以实时查看超限超载信息,当车辆通过检测点后,用户层马上收到系统人工审核后的超限超载详细数据,同时数据准确度高,系统运维成本低,信息告知实时性强。
