The invention relates to the technical field of rubber-tired cranes, in particular to a safety valve group and hydraulic system for a rubber-tired crane, which comprises a pilot system, a main winch loop system, an auxiliary winch loop system, a telescopic loop system, a variable amplitude loop system, a safety valve group, a foot valve group and a motor displacement control device, the unloading valve group comprises an unloading valve and a one-way valve; the shuttle valve assembly comprises a shuttle valve I, two shuttle valves II and four shuttle valves III; the motor displacement control device comprises a three-gear switch, a motor pressure sensor, a main pump pressure sensor, a manipulator, a controller, a display and a force limiter. The actions of main winding, auxiliary winding, stretching, amplitude changing and the like can be achieved through a hydraulic control handle or a foot valve, operation is convenient, the maximum speed can be limited by a hydraulic system according to the operation working condition, and the operation safety is improved; and the working modes of the motor can be switched through the three-gear switch so as to adapt to the actual working condition of the crane, so that the working efficiency and the stability are improved.

    本发明涉及轮胎式起重机的技术领域,尤其涉及一种轮胎式起重机用安全阀组以及液压系统,包括先导系统、主卷扬回路系统、副卷扬回路系统、伸缩回路系统、变幅回路系统、安全阀组、脚踏阀组以及马达排量控制装置,卸荷阀组包括卸荷阀以及单向阀,梭阀总成包括梭阀Ⅰ、两个梭阀Ⅱ以及以及四个梭阀Ⅲ;马达排量控制装置包括三挡开关、马达压力传感器、主泵压力传感器、操纵器、控制器、显示器以及力限器。本发明可通过液控手柄或脚踏阀来实现主卷扬、副卷扬、伸缩、变幅等动作,操作方便,且液压系统均会根据作业工况来限制最大速度,提升作业安全性;可通过三档开关对马达工作模式进行切换,以适用实际的起重机工作情况,以提升作业效率和平稳性。
