The invention belongs to the technical field of water surface garbage cleaning, and particularly relates to a water ecological restoration-based water surface garbage cleaning device which comprises a bottom plate, the bottom plate is mounted on a salvage ship, and four vertical plates are fixedly connected to the top of the bottom plate; through the structural design of the collecting hoppers, when garbage on the water surface needs to be salvaged and cleaned, a first motor is started, the first motor drives a first rotating shaft to rotate, the first rotating shaft drives the multiple collecting hoppers to operate through a chain wheel set and a chain, and when the collecting hoppers pass through the position below a first chain wheel, the collecting hoppers enter the position below the water surface; the collecting hopper moves upwards continuously to take up water and garbage on the water surface, the collecting hopper reaches the dumping area through the ascending area and the conveying area, due to the action of a transverse plate and a stop rod, when the collecting hopper moves downwards in the dumping area, the stop rod blocks the transverse plate, the collecting hopper rotates around a connecting rod, and therefore the water and the garbage in the collecting hopper are poured out. The function of fishing the garbage on the water surface is achieved, and the automatic fishing efficiency is high.

    本发明属于水面垃圾清理技术领域,具体的说是一种基于水生态修复的水面垃圾清理装置,包括底板,所述底板安装在打捞船上,所述底板的顶部固接有四个竖板;通过收集斗的结构设计,当需要对水面上的垃圾进行打捞清理,启动第一电机,第一电机驱动第一转轴转动,第一转轴通过链轮组和链条带动多个收集斗运转,收集斗经过第一链轮的下方时,收集斗进入到水面下方,收集斗向上继续运动会将水和水面的垃圾带起,收集斗经过上升区和输送区到达倾倒区,由于横板和挡杆的作用,收集斗在倾倒区向下运动时,挡杆会阻挡住横板,使得收集斗绕着连接杆转动,从而将收集斗内的水和垃圾倒出,实现了对水面垃圾进行打捞的功能,自动打捞效率较高。
