And the steel wire cords which are transversely and longitudinally arranged are additionally arranged in the steel wire rope, so that the steel wire rope has good anti-skidding and advancing performance and more uniform stress performance, and can be well adapted to soft soil such as sand land and the like.

    本发明涉及轮胎技术领域,公开了一种沙地轮胎胎面胶料及其轮胎生产方法,所述沙地轮胎胎面胶料的各元素成分及配重重量为:30~40份天然橡胶、10~30份丁苯橡胶、40~60份炭黑、5~10份白碳黑、5~8份防老剂、1~4份微晶蜡、5~10份芳烃油、3~7份氧化锌、3~7份增塑剂、2~5改性助剂、2~4份硫磺。本发明通过在轮胎胎面胶料中加入以改性助剂为主,防老剂、增塑剂等为辅的添加剂,能够有效提高轮胎胎面的耐磨、耐刺扎和抗崩花性能,且其表面强度、抗撕裂性强、耐水性都得到了有效的提高,且通过在胎面外部加设向外延伸的防滑缘,以及在其内部加设横、纵向排列的钢丝帘线,具有良好的防滑、突进性能,以及更为均匀的受力性能,能够很好的适应沙地等软质土壤。
