The overhauling method comprises the steps that after the gulp valve is dismantled, the gulp valve is hoisted out to an overhauling site through hoisting equipment, and after a gulp valve buffer cavity is dismantled through decomposition, a hoisting unit turns over the gulp valve; the two sides of the gulp valve are clamped through the hoisting unit; after clamping, the gulp valve is hoisted through a crane; manually overturning the gulp valve in the air; the turned gulp valve is arranged in the maintenance unit, and the hoisting unit is dismounted; and the gulp valve is fixed and jacked through the overhauling unit for overhauling. The gulp valve overturning device has the beneficial effects that by changing the matched overturning mode of the chain block and the bridge crane, the hoisting unit is adopted to abut against the two sides of the gulp valve and overturn in the middle of the hoisting unit, the overturning inertia of the device is reduced, and stable overturning is facilitated.

    本发明公开了一种用于补气阀的检修方法及吊装翻转机构,包括在补气阀拆除后,经由起重设备将补气阀吊出至检修现场,经分解拆除补气阀缓冲腔后,吊装单元对补气阀进行翻身;通过吊装单元对补气阀两侧进行夹持;在夹持后通过起重机将补气阀吊起;在空中人工将补气阀翻转;将翻转后的补气阀安置在检修单元中并拆除吊装单元;通过检修单元对补气阀进行固定并顶升阀门,进行检修。本发明的有益效果为通过改变手拉葫芦和桥式起重机配合翻转的方式,采用吊装单元对补气阀两侧顶紧并在吊装单元中部翻转,降低设备的翻转惯性,便于平稳翻转。
