The invention relates to a space proton single event effect ground simulation test device, which belongs to the technical field of radiation hardening, and is provided with an ion source, an accelerator, a beam reduction module, a beam diagnosis module, a beam expansion module and an energy reduction module in sequence along a beam line, and all the parts are connected through pipelines. Wherein the ion source is used for stably outputting a strong proton beam, the strong proton beam is injected into the accelerator along a pipeline for acceleration, and the proton beam output by the accelerator passes through the beam reduction module and then outputs a weak beam; after the weak beam passes through the beam expanding module, a homogenized proton beam spot with a set area is obtained; the expanded proton beam passes through an energy reduction module to output a single-energy proton beam; in the radiation process, the energy of the proton beam is rapidly measured through the beam diagnosis module. By using the device, the beam intensity can be conveniently controlled under the condition of not influencing the normal operation of each component of equipment, uniform large-area beam spots are obtained, and meanwhile, second-order energy switching can be realized.

    本发明涉及一种空间质子单粒子效应地面模拟试验装置,属于抗辐射加固技术领域,该装置沿束流线依次设置有离子源、加速器、降束模块、束流诊断模块、扩束模块和降能模块,各部分之间通过管道连接,其中离子源用于稳定地输出强质子束流,强质子束流沿管道注入到加速器中加速,加速器输出的质子束流经降束模块后输出弱束流;弱束流通过扩束模块后获得均匀化的设定面积的质子束斑;扩束后的质子束流通过降能模块输出单能的质子束流;辐射过程中,通过束流诊断模块对质子束流的能量进行快速测量。使用该装置能够在不影响设备各个部件正常运行的情况下,方便地控制束流强度,获得均匀化的大面积束斑,同时可实现秒量级的能量切换。
