The invention belongs to the technical field of deicing, and discloses a high-reliability propeller electric deicing controller, which comprises a lightning protection circuit, a voltage spike circuit, a linear voltage stabilizing circuit, a time sequence generation circuit and an output control circuit, and is characterized in that an input interface and an output interface are connected with other circuits through the lightning protection circuit, the input interface is also connected in series with a voltage spike circuit; the linear voltage stabilizing circuit supplies power to the rear-end time sequence generation circuit; a control waveform output by the time sequence generation circuit controls the output control circuit, and the output control circuit converts a DC power supply input on a machine into a heating power supply which is switched on in 90 seconds and switched off in 90 seconds. The lightning protection device can bear an A3G3L3-grade lightning induction test, can bear 600V 10us voltage peak, can bear 80V 50ms surge, and has the characteristics of high reliability and high precision.
